First, Ian M. is fantastic, what album? second, Skyrim is where I have wanted to visit for weeks. Boo hoo. No time. Third, love this feature. My hat's and head's off to the beautiful people featured here. Great people, great art!!

I think it was "Crocodiles". A friend recently lent me a whole stack of Echo & the Bunnymen cd's. I hadn't really listened to them before, apart from a couple of songs. So now I'm slowly making my way through the albums. Currently, my favourites are "Crocodiles" and "Ocean Rain".

Skyrim and art are competing for my spare time. But then again, I find Skyrim very inspiring artistically. So that's good. :D

Glad you enjoyed the feature. I'm watching some amazing artists, that's for sure! :)

Skyrim is enthralling, to say the least. I love to just explore and visit beautiful places, which ends up with a fight of some kind. Gorgeous game! Ocean Rain is a great album, especially "Thorn of Crowns". I'm not looking, so I hope I got that right. If you get a chance, Ian's solo work is quite good. Mysterio is brilliant. Also brilliant, is your feature and the artists on your watchlist. Fantastic work, to be certain. :)

Yeah, enthralling is a good word. I basically go from place to place by foot, just because I love wandering in the wilderness and encountering amazing and curious sights (like the northern lights at night, or a hot spring with hunters bathing in the water). I rarely use fast travel. I'm thinking of dedicating some time for Skyrim today. :) "Thorn of Crowns" (you got it right) is a great song, and I really like Ian's voice. I'll have to check out his solo stuff. Thanks for the tip! :)

I have been meaning to set aside some time for Skyrim for some time now. I know what you mean about the northern lights, and I also enjoy icy sunsets. And I only fast travel when I have to.
I certainly have favorites of Echo, but that is really the joy of discovery. I will only mention that Heaven Up Here has some gems on it, and Ian's Candleland features the voice of Cocteau Twins' Liz Frazier. :)
Happy travels!!!

Beautiful feature, and cosy somehow,
a good colour balance to get us through winter's reduced light and colours.. Thank you for including my work!
